What we cover

GamePatchLine covers PC and console games: news, patch and update notes, reviews, guides, hardware and a game database with system requirements. We aim to say clearly what a page is and where its information comes from.

Sources

News and update coverage is based on official material: developer and publisher announcements, store pages and official patch notes. Where a source is recorded, it is linked at the bottom of the article. Press material supplied by publishers or developers is treated as their claim, not as our own finding.

Automated content

A large share of the articles on this site is prepared by an automation pipeline, not by a human writer. Paxo is the name of that automation identity — it is not a person. Automated articles are labelled “Automated” on the article page, are credited to Paxo, and link to their source where one is recorded.

• Patch and update notes are compiled from official sources and can be published automatically after passing technical publishing checks (title, image and minimum content). They are not individually reviewed by a person before publication.
• Other automated drafts (for example news items) are created as drafts and are not published until an editor approves them.
• The English edition may contain machine-translated versions of Turkish articles. Translations can contain errors.

Automation can misread a source or miss context. If you notice an error, please tell us (see below). We do not present automated articles as first-hand reporting, and we do not invent quotes, play experience or sources.

Articles by human editors

Reviews, guides and features are written by our editors under their own names. A review reflects the time the reviewer actually spent with the game; we do not describe playtime or experience we did not have. Scores, where shown, are the reviewer's own judgment.

Corrections and updates

If something is wrong, contact us through the contact page. Confirmed errors are corrected, and an article that changes after publication shows an “Updated” date.

Independence, ads and sponsorship

Advertising is shown separately and marked as an advertisement; advertisers do not influence what we publish or how we score. Sponsored content, if it is ever published, is labelled as sponsored, and any affiliate relationship would be disclosed.
