Hollow Knight: Silksong: Version 1.0.30000 Update Resolves Bugs
The 1.0.30000 patch released for Hollow Knight: Silksong fixes boundary issues that restricted Hornet's movement while introducing significant balance adjustments.

An exciting update has arrived for Hollow Knight: Silksong players. Version 1.0.30000, released by Team Cherry, brings comprehensive fixes that both improve the game's technical stability and rebalance certain gameplay mechanics. Some of the frustrating technical glitches you encountered during your adventures as Hornet in the kingdom of Pharloom are now a thing of the past with this patch.
Combat Mechanics and Balancing
One of the most notable changes in the new patch is the balancing applied to the Last Judge boss fight. Death blast damage has been reduced from 3 to 2, and it now interacts more consistently with the Magma Bell mechanic. The Magma Bell has been updated to provide full protection against all fire-type explosions. Furthermore, the pace of the Savage Beastfly encounter has been improved by ensuring that minions summoned by the boss disappear when it is defeated. For the Savage Beastfly in the Far Fields, an environmental weakness has been added; it can now be stunned by bombs dropped on it.
On the bug-fixing front, 'out of bounds' issues that caused Hornet or certain enemies to clip outside the game boundaries have been largely resolved. Specifically, rare but game-breaking bugs where enemies like the Shrine Guardian Seth, Lace (Cradle), and Thread Rakers would push the player through walls have now been fixed. Additionally, technical glitches such as jump points in the Border Caves giving incorrect rewards or the Snitch Pick failing to deal its third-hit damage while in memory have been corrected.
Quality of Life and Localization
Quality of life updates that make exploring the game world easier have not been forgotten. A new bench has been added to the edge of Pale Lake, which you can use before the Flea Caravan arrives. The issue where the fast travel system would unnecessarily clear the Hunter's focus has been resolved, and the Silk Soar mechanic has been made smoother during scene transitions. Finally, Traditional Chinese language support has been added, and the German translation has been revised to be more consistent with the original English text.
