The latest update for the indie title PEAK, version 2.4.b, focuses on improving the player experience in response to community feedback. With this patch, the development team has eliminated a technical glitch affecting display technology and resolved a minor visual error in the menu interface that had caught the attention of players.

Improvements in Image Quality and Interface Adjustments

The most notable change in the new update concerns the game's render scaling. The bug that caused significant degradation in visual quality when using settings below native resolution has been completely fixed. The goal is to ensure the game maintains its clarity and visual fidelity even at lower resolution settings. As a result, both players with lower-end systems and those using performance-oriented settings will now enjoy a much clearer visual experience.

In addition, a small but impactful fix has been implemented regarding Steam integration. The error causing player Steam avatars to appear in incorrect positions within the pause menu has been resolved. Avatars will now display exactly where they should, and the menu interface will appear much more polished. The PEAK team continues to strengthen the game's technical infrastructure and quickly iron out any wrinkles players may encounter. Simply restart your Steam client to receive the update.
