PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS The Eagerly Awaited PGS 9 Excitement Begins
The excitement of PGS 9 in the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS esports arena begins on August 20, featuring a special format and surprise advantage points.
The PGS 9 tournament, which marks the peak of Circuit 3 in the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS esports world, is finally beginning. This major competition, which will keep spectators on the edge of their seats for four days, brings together the best teams and marks a critical turning point on the road to the championship. Fans can look forward to both thrilling matches and platform-specific rewards and drop opportunities.
Tournament Format and Advantage Points
The tournament process is shaped by the teams' performances in the previous two tournaments, PGS 7 and 8. The top 8 most successful teams have earned the right to skip the Survival Stage and advance directly to the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will compete in one last battle during the Survival Stage on August 20 to secure their spot in the finals. Only the top 8 teams will qualify for the Grand Final.
The Grand Final, which will be held from August 21 to 23, will consist of a total of 15 matches. In this stage, where the classic SUPER scoring system will be applied, teams that ranked high in PGS 7 and 8 have been assigned special advantage points. With this system, the teams that have shown the most consistent performance on the road to the championship will start the final with a point advantage, gaining a small but critical edge over their competitors.
Live Broadcast and Viewing Options
For those who do not want to miss the tournament, live broadcasts will be available in multiple languages via Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. Esports fans following from Turkey can access the broadcasts through these platforms and have the chance to win special in-game item rewards by following the live streams on Twitch and Kick. Additionally, you can join the excitement through Watch Party events organized by partner streamers from around the world.
Starting on August 20, this grueling marathon promises unforgettable moments for viewers as it determines the best in the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS scene. Don't forget to follow the official channels to support your team and closely track the leaderboard on the road to the championship.
