Warframe: Iceblade of Narin Update Arrives on September 23

The world of Warframe is heating up once again with the "Iceblade of Narin" update, set to launch on September 23. This major update, which sees us returning to the Zariman, brings with it the new Warframe Narin, as deadly as a winter storm, along with a host of brand-new in-game content. Additionally, all players who log in between September 23 and October 7 will receive a free Banshee Warframe. Don't forget to mark your calendars so you don't miss out on this opportunity.

New Warframe Narin and New Dangers on the Zariman

The sword dancer Narin descends onto the battlefield, combining the power of cold ice with the speed of her rapier. The new mode, called Glacial Defiance, supports up to six players and offers a challenging experience where veteran Tenno can put their strategies and equipment to the test. By collecting Cryobells in the Yuvan Peak region, you can multiply your rewards and challenge your squad with unique modifiers.

Things are getting complicated on the Zariman; new, resilient enemies called "Entropic Eximus" have taken up residence in the corridors. While fighting these foes in mysterious areas discovered in Cephalon Melica's laboratory, you can use the Entropic Kuva they drop to obtain Narin's blueprints. While eroding the armor of these enemies with your Operator abilities, improving your melee damage in Yuvan Peak will be critical for your survival.

Riven System and Community Content

The update is not limited to just new characters and missions; the Riven system is also undergoing a major overhaul. It will now be possible to lock certain Riven stats while rerolling. Furthermore, with the introduction of "Riven Splicers," you will be able to combine two different Riven attributes to create new possibilities. In addition to all this, community-created TennoGen content is overflowing with new Necramech and Grineer-themed cosmetics. The new flower-themed Citrine helmet, arriving with Citrine Prime Access, is also among the update's standout cosmetics.
