Dota 2: Trove of Terror Update Live

The Trove of Terror update released for Dota 2 adds a new treasure filled with horror and supernatural-themed content to the game. This collection brings a total of 15 new item sets.

New Arcana Content

The update introduces two different Arcanas to the game:

• Drow Ranger Arcana: This long-awaited Arcana allows players to switch between the character's classic look and a new, eerie form.
• Tidehunter - Maw of the Megalodon Arcana: This set comes with an entirely new model, custom animations, visual effects, taunts, and voice lines. This Arcana offers the option to unlock three different shark-themed designs.

Other Visual Innovations

Players who open a certain number of Trove of Terror treasures earn special rewards:

• Players who open a specific amount of treasures earn a new Tormentor skin.
• By opening more treasures, a special horror-themed skin designed for Roshan can be obtained.
