GTA 6 Leaks Continue: New Footage from CyberLeek
A new entry has been added to the series of leaked videos regarding Grand Theft Auto 6; the leaker continues to defend their actions, which are centered around a cryptocurrency scheme.

The leakage crisis in the world of Grand Theft Auto 6 continues unabated. Following the recent video featuring nightclub scenes, the source known as CyberLeek has shared a 13th video showing our character, Jason, riding a bike on the beach. While these videos reveal details about the development phase of the game Rockstar Games is currently working on, they also carry advertisements for a highly controversial cryptocurrency project.
The Cryptocurrency Controversy Behind the Leaks
The individual behind the leaks is defending their own cryptocurrency, the 'CyberLeek' token, through watermarked messages added to the videos. Starting with a call to "stop the hate," these messages claim that the cryptocurrency scheme in question is a form of protest and a stance against the digitizing gaming world. Although the leaker argues that the donations collected are used to cover operational costs, the initiation of paid polls that ask followers to send tokens to influence content selection is raising concerns. It is even reported that some users have spent hundreds of dollars in tokens on these polls.
What Is the Situation Inside and Outside the Studio?
While Take-Two and Rockstar Games have initiated legal proceedings against platforms like Microsoft, Discord, and X (Twitter) to find the source of the leaks, no concrete results have been achieved yet. According to Bloomberg reports, Rockstar management is deeply uncomfortable with the situation and is sending support emails to employees to prevent a decline in morale within the studio. However, former Rockstar technical director Obbe Vermeij is attempting to calm the situation, arguing that the damage these current leaks have caused the company is minor compared to the 'Hot Coffee' scandal of the past.
All of this chaos is taking place just two days before the special presentation on Netflix, which will introduce the world to the first official gameplay footage of GTA 6. While Rockstar has stated that it will not make any changes to its official calendar, the threat from the CyberLeek side to release major spoilers regarding the story continues to cause both curiosity and tension within the gaming community.
