Apex Legends: Blood Pact Event is Live
With the new Blood Pact event in Apex Legends, Kings Canyon is shrouded in darkness; the faction-based Wildcard mode and new cosmetics are added to the game.
Apex Legends is entering a dark era with the Blood Pact event. In this update, which completely transforms the Kings Canyon map, players join the side of either Beasts or Demons to gain new abilities.
Wildcard Mode
In Wildcard mode, players earn their faction's Wild Cards by completing objectives throughout the match. Depending on the side you choose, you gain different advantages:
- Beasts: Increased melee speed, faster cell usage, rapid weapon switching, and the ability to land critical hits while reloading.
- Demons: Faster ability cooldowns, high-tier shields, and full shield regeneration from a single cell.
Kings Canyon Shrouded in Darkness
The map now has a much more eerie atmosphere. Visibility decreases as fog randomly rolls in, and Rev Shell grenades make their return. Additionally, thematic elements such as haunted buildings, glowing Nessie figures, and pumpkin-themed EVO orbs are scattered throughout various regions of the map.
Blood Pact Store
During the event, new skins for Sparrow and Alter, R-99 weapon skins, and Beast and Demon-themed bundles have been added to the store.
