With the update released for Apex Legends on February 10, 2026, both technical bugs have been addressed and balance changes have been applied to certain perks.

Balance and gameplay changes

Adjustments have been made to the Fast Draw Wild Card perk:

  • Reload Time bonus has been reduced from 35% to 25%.
  • Consumable Use Time bonus has been reduced from 50% to 25%.

Bug fixes

  • Resolved an issue that caused Steam users' settings to reset every time they launched the game. This issue primarily affected players with custom folder structures or specific Apex installation locations.
